Gulf Coast Bread Pudding

"So many options more than bread pudding. I did choose to stick to bread pudding maybe next time ill try other options. There was a couple of things that were sold out once I got there! I do like textures in my bread pudding. Pecans and crispy corners so once I got home I did try to crisp the edges a little since they were definitely more on the moisty side. I do like that they provide the sauce flavors on the side that way you have more control on the sweetness level desired. Flavor was good. The texture was mushy at the bottom almost a tres leches rendition. Cookie was chocolate chip pecan and could of used more pecans for textured experience. The cookie moist level was on point."

"I recently saw GCBP while driving by. I told one of the owners that I wasn’t sure it was a good idea now that I know they are there. Well, I was right!!!! I purchased 2 ooey gooey butter cakes as well as the sweet potato. Dangerous ⚠️‼️⚠️ They were so fresh, gooey and mouth wateringly delicious. That’s not even a word, but I feel it needs to be created for this review. Don’t hesitate, give them a try!"

"To ALL MY FOODIES I’M SHAKING MY LEG, BOUNCING UP AND DOWN, SINGING “ MMMMM MMMMM MMMM” It’s my first time here… I apologize I did not know! I didn’t pay attention to the sign. BUT I’M HERE NOW AND WILL BE BACK! Yes I BOUGHT 3 for myself. I was going to share with my mom and son, but it’s not enough to share and baby is too good! I have the Caramel Cream, Blueberry, and Sticky Pecan. They all just taste good and make my mouth happy! The ingredients are fresh and I’m excited! I should not be this excited but I am! It’s the perfect amount of sweet to put tingles on your tongue. If you are still reading this, you are wasting time they close at 7pm! Honey GET HERE! You need something sweet after dinner… Your spouse made you mad… You want to show somebody you love them… You want to impress somebody… You gotta bring the dessert to the party… It doesn’t matter! You need this in YOUR LIFE! Ps. I didn’t get a fork. So I rolled to a parking spot and ate it with my fingers! 🤣🤣🤣😗😗😗"
