Simply Coffie

"This is one of the best espresso I’ve had in my life. I can tell they select great beans and then roast them meticulously. The baristas are top notch as well. I will come back when in Houston every time. I bought some beans but I wish they ship so I can have a nonstop supply."

"Best coffee shop in the area. The atmosphere is great — lots of natural light, good music, and a very welcoming vibe. One of my favorite things is that they don’t use flavored syrups; the coffee is served the way it should be. I come here regularly for the cortado and cappuccino. Eric and Allison are always kind, friendly, and happy to help with drink recommendations."

"This place is everything but simple. I wish more people educate themselves on what speciality coffee is! This is the best spot so far in Houston that I have found that understand coffee culture. Not 20 flavored lattes, not some bs mixtures, simple to the point coffee. Thank you for who ever is running this place and to all the awesome employees."
